Now, I know commonly when we think of issues with ejaculation for men the most common one is premature ejaculation. So something like having difficulty ejaculating or taking a very long time to ejaculate might seem like a quality problem to a lot of guys, but it can actually really be a problem and I'm getting more and more e-mails from guys regarding this and what they can do about it. So in this video let's talk about seven things that you can implement in your life and some may apply to you some may not, but I wanna give you as many things to try as possible, plus really try to help you understand why that might be happening. The way that I kind of teach a guy to do

The way that I kind of teach a guy to do Kegel exercises is, I tell them, you know, the next time you go to the bathroom and you try to pee, you're standing there and you're trying to pee, try to interrupt your stream and it's that muscle where you stop your stream. That's the muscle you're trying to hone in on. You can try it. I don't know that it's going to help a whole lot with ejaculatory dysfunction or premature ejaculation, but if you have concomitant prostate related symptoms or urinary tract symptoms, it might help with those and thereby maybe have an effect on your ejaculation.
